One of the biggest arguments for legalizing this hobby is that CONSENTING ADULTS, should be able to partake in it as they please. If that is the case, we cannot accept someone celebrating rape. Whether the case in point is true or just made up to cause trouble, the damage is done and has consequences.

I don think BIGJay is realy a rapist! I think he is just trying to bring some controversy to the board, you know say some extreme stuff to get people talking! The best thing to do is ignore him. He will leave or change his tone!

I see where he used the word "raped" one time, but if that's all there is, then I can tell you guys right now that you're being too sensitive. The fact is that I can remove that one word from the report and there wouldn't be a problem, which suggests to me that it's entirely possible that he simply [b]misused[/b] the word, perhaps to suggest that he gave her a good "final drilling" and then said goodby.
Don't get me wrong here, I'm strongly against violence against women, but from the way you guys were reacting, I was expecting to read some long, detailed description of a forceable rape scene. In reality, he gave no details, does not expound on the subject, and isn't advocating violence against women in general.
He may be a Serial Antagonist, but this alone doesn't earn him the title.

Woody, search of your posts , you were jacked for advocating misuse of ladies. But everyone has their opinions, so do not tell others to go to church as that is waht Jackson is talking about, insited controversy.

I totally disagree with your perception that he did not provide details of his alleged rape. In that one post he setsups a timeline of personal interactions, describes how he gained her trust and became her friends, claims he raped her and then boasts about how she cried "I thought you were my friend". If that last inclusion is not indicative of a predatory persona then nothing is. He was laughing at her weakness and bragging at his power. Thus is the mindset of a real rapist. It is that last statement about her cries that belies the lack of humanity in Big Jays motives and actions. And it is that statement that prompted me to request his removal from this board.
I do not personally like to inject myself into falme wars and other nonsense...so for me to step up and voice my opinion repeatedly on a topic means that I truly find it important. It is important that people on this board know that posts regarding topics that fall outside the morally debated range of our preferrred hobby will NOT be supported. Bragging about things like rape, or pedophillial or intentionally spreading VD should be topics which you as the Admin should find unacceptable and should uniformly act to punish and remove those poster. This is not a matter of free speech since this board is a private entity owned by you. It is a matter of community standards which you must establish and maintain.
Please make the rgiht choice and toss this creep, and then publicly take a stance against this.
I think it's pretty obvious that Big J was trolling for controversy when he said he "raped" the girl... my gripe with him is the abusive treatment of women he advocates in almost every one of his posts. Whether he means it or not, he's contributing to the climate of distrust and fear that surrounds the hobby on all fronts - and he's giving all of US a bad name too!
Banning him would be a futile gesture, since there's no way to stop him from simply signing on under a new handle - but it would send a message to him and others that abusing these women is unaccpetable, at least in the eyes of most of us on the board.

I'm just a lowly senior member with less than a 100 posts, but I've been visiting SW's since before there were the internet, and sharing of info. The people who believe that paying for something is OK that is given away free, are degraded by someone who brags about TAKING (I.E. RAPE). I've paid for sex at different times in my life, but NEVER, NEVER would I RAPE or claim to have done so to a woman...SW's provide a service, just as do doctors, lawyers, and teachers...if you allow this SCUM to brag about such as RAPE, then BAN me too...

It's not that he's done a lot of post, and I actually doubt that he actually commited the rape he boasts about. However, everything he's written shows hostility toward providers and towards members of the board. He completely violates the spirit and purpose of the board and I see no reason why he should be allowed to continue. I can imagine that exerpts from his posts are already flying around right wing circles and will be used as ammunition to shut the board down. Do we really want this kind of ugly publicity? Just my 2 cents.

Talking about rape (and about women in general) in the celebratory and degrading manner which big j does should be this forum's equivalent of talking about bombs in an airport. Do it, and you're forcibly removed from the place instantaneously. And based on the writings in this thread, it seems that most people here feel similarly about this.
I'm not sure that j can be fully defined as a serial antagonist, -- he's not picking on other forum members directly but his posts do have a highly antagonistic quality. He's also a self-proclaimed asshole, and admits that he has no desire to behave differently.
My feelings are that regardless of whether jay's posts are "serially antagonistic" or not, he brings nothing to the table. And while I commend you, Jackson, for running this forum as somewhat of a democracy, there is absolutely no need for the rules or judgements of the forum to be fair to anyone. There need be no free speech here. This is ultimately your forum, and you've been doing a great job of running it and maintaining a very high standard. Because of that we've all been rewarded with a huge membership and a fantastic community that we all enjoy on a regular basis. Your demand for high standards keeps the information quality exceedingly high, the writing quality very high and the community generally friendly and respectful. It keeps us all coming back day after day, year after year -- your high standards are the best part of this forum.
The behaviour of big j has no place here, and it never will. And if big j is actually behaving in the way he states he is in his posts, it's my humble opinion that he has no place on this planet, much less on this board. He is nothing.
My vote: do the right thing for this community -- show him the f****** door.

The thing is, that message he sent is fuel for any that oppose the hobby. I disagree with someone's post about it being fuel for the 'right wing'. They get horny too. And don't think your local left wing group wouldn't ban your local AMP if it will help get them elected. It works both ways.
The real issue here isn't what Big Jay did or didn't do. It is his attitude toward women. If that's being 'sensitive' then so be it. He did say the word rape and if you take it out I don't think his sentence 'still works' as implied by Jackson. And what he said after, about her crying etc. He raped her in his mind if not for real and more importantly gives sick minds like his support for their way of thinking. We're just not about that here. We can't be about hurting women like that.
I wonder, when people complained about his post, did he ever take it back? Explain what he meant etc.? I'm not going to research it. That one post was enough for me to cast my vote.

Great decision Jackson. Can you do something about the people who repeatedly post CL photos of girls they have never seen in the Photo Gallery. It's annoying and they are blatantly disregarding the rules you have established. The Los Angeles - Craiglists Reviews section is a prime example. Thanks.

I used to see and read what Nibu posted, then saw he was given his own thread, I thought then it was a privilege, and an honor for posting so much, but now it seems that is it is a punishment as with with Jay???
I do not believe this is any type of punishment or deterent. Hell, Jackson, please give me my own section, then when someone wants info, they can go there to see it. I can post all kinds of reports, links and info. I can read the other threads, then go to my own personal area and post answers and do what I want.

I don't understand how you could say Big Jay didn't rape the woman. He said he did and never denied it. Why did you even bother to have a vote. The rules are not being enforced, as we all can see.
Overt Serial Antagonists are easy to identify. Usually they start trouble almost from their 1st report, and after antagonizing a few people and subsequently having their reports edited, they quickly reach the Forum's maximum number of three Personal Attacks and are automatically banned.

This is actually a good idea. I agree with Jimmy. Restrict Pwhipped to his own thread, and he and his buddies can have their own "circle jerk" online and the rest of us can share info in a normal manner.

After careful consideration of the poll results and the comments from the Forum Members, I have decided to take the following action.
Big Jay has been given his own thread, where I have moved all of his reports and those reports from other Forum Members who directly responded to or quoted his reports. Those of you who wish to join him in his new section are welcome to to so.
I appreciate everyone's involvement in helping me identify the true perpetrators of the discord in this forum. Perhaps now, everybody can get back to the subject of this Forum, which is:
