Although more familiar with the Cicero Ave. action, I made my first swing through Chester’s North Ave. area last Friday night. I stayed along North from the Home depot west to Damen, then down the side streets from Damen to Ashland , between Waubansia and North. I didn’t stop, but saw plenty of activity.
