Looking around Lahaina while visiting I notice several Nails and Spa places that also had the word massage in their title or list of services. I went to one in a shopping center on Papalaua on the second floor, petite Vietnamese woman working, very small back room for massage but her work was good. Yes, expensive by Oahu scale. But if you've tried playing on Maui, given the available providers and various levels of service, it's about right.
