I have passed them before on the way to the beach but assumed that they were jack shacks. Thanks Jackson for finally opening this location. I have only been around a few weeks. I've got another report about one of the jack shacks on Wilmington Hwy 3000 block. But first just want to ask if anyone knows about action in New Bern. Seems like it should have some, enough ghetto type of area.

Sorry for the confusion! I was using "South of the Border" as a landmark. It is a HUGE tourist trap next to I95 on the NC/SC border with a Mexican motif. The Osaka and an adult book store are located on 301 south behind this place. I had just got a haircut when I went to Osaka and was grilled about being LE. I got the usual, "ever been here before?". I told the lady that I had been to Greensboro many times in the old days. She didn't know where "Gleensboro" was since she was from LA. She finally decided I was cool so I had a great time. The prices are in line with the old Greensboro AMPS.
