I think USASG is fairly common knowledge but whoever lied to her and said you were buddies is scum. Unfortunately some guys will try all types of tactics to gain the trust of a provider. Anyone can come use that they've read so that they can appear to be trustworthy to a provider- Sad but true. Well I am reaching the point where I just don't give a shit anymore. Like everyone should know by know, I have hooked well over a hundred guys up with info to help them get some action and quite a few of them have publicly posted that as well. What did I get out of that? Just about nothing, an occasional referral myself and that's OK as well. Most times I'm happy just knowing it's appreciated and that's by both the monger and the girl as she's happy to make some easy money and not have a hassle doing so.

On the other hand, the prominent posters here just get way too much shit thrown at them by the riffraff. We don't deserve this at all and all it does is drive the CONTRIBUTORS away (example myself and Muffy) and eventually all you will have are the ones that no plans at all to contribute and the completely inexperienced newbies.

The latest example is the "re-emergence" (kind of like that groundhog every year or maybe a herpes outbreak) of "HIA8591" who has brought absolutely nothing here but feels the need to attack ones that do. Go ahead, look back at his prodigious 13 posts (zero reports) in the last 13 months and you'll just see stupid snide comments and even a previous report where he crawled out from under that rock to call another contributor a "cheap fuck" in reference to that mongers contribution.

Bottom line, I will still do my thing both here in RI and in other nearby areas and share with the few deserving ones and sadly nobody in RI will have the chance to gain from it at all. I'll share in the other areas as long as it remains cool to do so. Oh well, luck to most and play safe boys.

How did hia8591's post, the one that started a shit storm, get posted without being moderated? I was under the impression, right or wrong, that new (er) members posts were looked at before appearing on the board.

I recently pm'd some guys about a BBBJCIM specialist, saw a 'thankee' on the board, got a pm or two and it was appreciated. Now why didn't I post her availibility on the board? Because I would have received pm after pm from members I don't know, many have a minimal number of posts, they have no posts that would be helpful in building their credibility. For all I know they might be LE throwing out a net. That's why.

Ok moving on; Gansett, I moderate all 50 states, I try and give el Jeffe value for what he pays me and so I work rapidly, in my desire to be efficient sometimes I miss stuff I shouldn't. It doesn't happen often but it does happen on occasion. Sometimes I'm getting a BBJ while I'm sitting at the desk working and my attention wanders to the same effect, I validate a post I shouldn't. Sometimes, the guys post something aimed at somebody without actually quoting them and I can't put their post in context because in my mod console I don't see the forum as you guys do, I see all of the posts, from all of the forums, in chronological order. It's really tough for me to know sometimes when somebody is being a douche. I also don't see the unmoderated Seniors posts in my mod console, so if you post something and then somebody else posts something about it that by itself doesn't look douchy but when taken in context with your OP is actually argumentative, I would never know that because I didn't see your first post.

That's the reason we have the "Report Post" button at the bottom left of every post. When a member uses that I get an email with a link to the post and they can tell me why they are reporting it. One of the reasons Jax gave me this job is because he knows I'm fair and pretty good at figuring out when somebody is being a dick. I've been posting on his forums as a member since 2001. When you guys don't use that button, and decide to handle business yourself then an argument breaks out. Because of the limitations of my mod console as explained above by the time I figure it out both sides have been going at it. In that case, I have to throw a flag on both guys and then endure the backlash from the Senior because "The noob started it." Sometimes I don't agree with the person that reported it and I tell them why but they aren't penalized for making the report. Unless they get to be a dick about it and start reporting all the posts from a member they don't like.

Here's my position. Arguing about anything with anybody on a pussy board is just fucking stupid. (I'm not calling any person stupid but I am sticking to my position that the behavior is stupid) If somebody is being a dick outside of this thread don't say anything back, just report the post to me and let me do the job I get paid to do. Then you can sit back and watch me redact their posts and go on about the business of getting better pussy.

Unfortunately the implementation of this new section has come a bit too late but I am grateful for it. I know several members who basically said "fuk this" and no longer post. They got fed up with the noob insanity. They do read and they do share / offer advice via pm or monger mail. I'm in the process of contacting and informing a few of them of this new function. I really hope they'll return and again offer their valuable info.

I'll say this and it's my own personal opinion. If those that do contribute, yes that's SR's but many others too get fed up and quit posting, what is left? A bunch of noobs who don't know who to see but more importantly who to avoid be it a SW'er, BP, CLCE, or escorts. The learning curve can be long and expensive.

5. Copy in the quote and then write whatever you want.

If you do it this way then the "view original post" nav works and his quote will look like a quote. You can also use the multi-quote feature the same way, except then you click multi quote on all the posts you want to include than click +Add Report in the thread they are in, then continue from step two.

I am not a difficult guy and I do not respond to a lot of shit both about my reviews and about other things on here. I even suffered a demerit for "hard returns" while watching countless other members doing the exact same thing without comment, however this determination by A2, arbitrarily moving reports from other threads into the recently contrived Thunderdome, is just plain wrong, and here's why.

First, where the Christ did "Thunderdome" come from? Is this an A 2 creation for, what I am guessing, is argumentative shit between members? Essentially a thread dedicated to letting members fight it out between themselves? (I always enjoy a member with say 9 or 10 reviews beating up on someone with 7 or 8 reviews. Always entertaining). I guess you need a place for shit like that, but this thread has already become the purely arbitrary dumping ground at A 2's discretion. An example you ask?

In the last couple of days, I see on the Massage thread a posting for "Opulence" made by a brand new member as his first posting in the usual shill fashion: asking questions about the dump, implying additional services having been received and even adding a side note for the sister dump in Warren. Okay, none of this is new. There is nothing to be had there so they do this regularly to try to steer some traffic their way. I understand that. It's a free country after all. I read the bogus report and immediately post my usual warning that the place offers nothing at all, save your money, go elsewhere. However, this time, the report is removed from Massage, where it belonged and was placed arbitrarily in Thunderdome, where its purpose of being helpful to the community was completely lost because the comment hung there in the air, disassociated from the comment it referenced in Massage, and even worse, left the shill unchallenged implying legitimacy. Someone moved the comment from Massage to Thunderdome, and I have to presume it was A 2.

It is a bad policy to move posting around like that. There was nothing at all offensive about my posting and the purpose was to once again try to save members money from an obvious shill (1st posting, same as the last one). I would ask A 2 to "rethink" this policy and if there is no argument existing, and there was not, leave the original posting on the proper thread where it will actually do some good.

Unfortunately the implementation of this new section has come a bit too late but I am grateful for it. I know several members who basically said "fuk this" and no longer post. They got fed up with the noob insanity. They do read and they do share / offer advice via pm or monger mail. I'm in the process of contacting and informing a few of them of this new function. First off I want to say that you A2 are a huge fucktard. While I do understand what the true purpose of this forum is (sheer volume of members). More clicks on banners means more $$ in the pockets of ownership and management. I have no problem with that now as its all about the dollar and I get it. Just don't use your retarded argument that your trying to be fair and keep the peace as your main concern, it's getting as many members as possible and new members (inexperienced members) are more apt to click on all your banners then senior members so in essence its all the newbies that are bringing in the dinero!

Hopefully I am within the rules of this thread as my understanding of the "Thunderdome" is to air our arguments, complaints and just plain to *****. Even if it is towards the powers of the forum.

I have been a member (2 different names) as long or longer then you. 95% of everything I ever posted was helpful, good information to others without ever demanding or attacking anyone. I have never seen such an increase in USELESS nothing posts since I have been a member here. 8 out of 10 posts are members asking for info to be handed to them without ever giving anything. I have no problem with newbies as long as they are willing to put a little effort into this "hobby"! I have shared with many "newbies" as long as they showed some form of good faith and willingness to be a sharing member. 90% of these new ones are 1-2 post wonders who demand / ask for info to be handed to them, then they disappear. I do read this forum and what I am seeing is maybe one post out of 20 of any substance.

Admin is going the extra mile to clean up the review threads so that its not shitted up and put them here, and people *****. I am a member on a forum of unrelated topic (which has only 2 rules, not RL info and no CP) and if you shit up a thread you get a few days vacation, keep it up and it turns to a week, and then another week, then a ban, then an IP ban. I know this site is small chickens in compared to peoples every day lives, but show some fucking decorum and civility where its being asked. You now have a almost no limits playground to argue in and some of you are still not happy.

(And if you want to attack my posts, I've only argued twice. Both times with some shit heads that posted the same shit every day for a week or two. Never got into it with a senior member FYI.)

I actually have much respect for "Blue Admin" and all the hard work he puts in here trying to keep this forum somewhat civil and readable. Now on the other hand I do think the "Black typset guy" is a fucktard! That being said I actually thought today he stood up and at least did what he said he would do and allow posts (within his guidelines) on this thread. Kudos to him for being a man of his word, even if it was an attack directed at himself. That I respect.

Everyone has there own opinion like assholes, we all "express" differently. If you knew me and followed some of my previous posts when I was considered a good guy, you would find out real quickly that I am not a miserable fuck. There was a time when I was MORE then helpful to most anyone who asked. That time is sadly gone for good. My comment of 'tit for tat' was directed towards the posters PZ methodology, that being before he shares with you, you have to share with him. In all fairness unlike PZ he doesn't say that he must find her acceptable and up to his standards before he'll share. IIRC I did not comment of his preference of service.

This is just an example of the type of pm's many of us who've been around a while get. That's why we sometimes appear to be short tempered towards noobs. It's more of a frustration issue then anger.
