Be consistent but courteous, it took me about a year to get in.

Stay persistent and patient. I tried sporadically to get verified over a couple years. Finally was verified. Someone on here gave good advice to try mid-morning early in the week. That is what worked for me. Finally used them and saw Mintzy. A really enjoyable experience. They have a couple very convenient locations for me.
