That's the one thing they CAN'T change. They'll do hormone treatments to change their physical bodies, but it doesn't affect their voice. They have to make the effort to speak in a female type voice and manner. I would've been so uncomfortable if I was in the same situation and noticed this after starting the session. Think I would've panicked and ran out LOL.
