There's no real SW activity around Fannies anymore. There used to be Super Inn across from Fannies where SWs hang out but that place, Red Roof Inn, and knights Inn are all shut down. If you try Mills Drive opposite side (down the street from Valero) you may see some SW activity but be careful as sometimes LE may appear out of nowhere. But your best bet is Wendell Dr. I just hate that light because it stays red forever.
