I traveled through Chicago a few days ago. I was looking for good massage with HE not looking for more. After RTFF and based on geography, visited Joy. Had a very good massage from Aida. Young thin and pretty. Very pleasant, not great Ingrish. The tease and finish was very good. Pricing said 70 for regular and 80 for deep tissue. So I gave her 80 but she gave me 10 in change. Never asked soft, medium or hard, as is usually the case. She was pretty firm with massage but not as hard as some. Bars on ceiling for back walking but she didn't do that and I didn't ask. So, probably available. What I liked was she went straight to tease before flip and just asked if it was ok. No negotiation about tip. On flip, slow and good buildup to finish. I will repeat.

Monday morning I decided to go to a spa I had not been to in a long time. I really wanted to see Vivi at Unwind Spa. I'm not having a lot of luck seeing her. I tried to see her a few Fridays ago at Sunny Spa on Halsted where she works Thursday and Friday. They said she was available so I said I'd be there in 10 to 15 minutes. Traffic was worse than I thought, and I had to pay for parking so I got there 15 to 20 minutes. I rang the doorbell and a woman answered and I asked for ViVi and she said did you call? I said yesand was told you're late so she take another customer you can wait an hour. I was like no no I can't. So that's when I went to East Rhythm and saw Crazy Coco.

I tried calling Unwind on Sunday to make an appointment with her, but they wouldn't take an appointment in advance. ANd Vivi told me she only takes same day appointments. So I got there at 10:15. They're only open 1030 to 8. I waited out inside in front and there was another guy who came up and stood near me. I realized he was waiting to get in as well. Vivi got there about 10:35 and opened the door and let us in. I said I came to see you and she said I'm busy until 1230. Can you come back then I had a 130 appointment on the northside so I knew I couldn't. I said who else is available and she said Lucy will be here in 10 minutes. So I rolled the dice and came up craps.

Lucy is probably late 50's, granny, probably hiding a stomach under her tight dress. She has the kind of Chinese resting ***** face look going on. She was nice and thanked me for waiting. I had to ask for a shower because I had come from working out and I wanted to be clean. Don't get me wrong, Lucy is an excellent massage therapist. She worked from my lower glutes up to my shoulders on both sides of my back. She knows her pressure points. She also found some spots in my calves and lower legs and when she started working on him, it hurt like hell. She slowly slowly worked the knots out.

East Rhythm is one of the few places that I get a full hour from the time I take a solo shower till the time I'm walking out the door. Parking is avaible on the street although its busy with the produce market next door. I won't go back on Monday. I won't go unless I have an appointment with Vivi.

I decided to try this spot on Ashland Ave while I was in the area. Parking was easy. I was greeted at the counter and led inside by a friendly mama. Inside the place is roomy, very nice and clean.
