It is strange that not only is the time stamp the same (and repeats on 3 hour intervals) but also the location is exactly the same. For 7 or 8 providers. Who are always grouped together. It would be interesting to try and post an ad (can one do that on LER?) and see what the process is, what options you have, etc. I thought LER was more of an aggregator of ads from BP and who knows where else.
