Are an instant knock out factor for me, but then again, I'm particular that way! Still, it does indicate that someone isn't concerned about the appearance of cleanliness. That would be like posing for a picture, in which one assumes that the subject wishes to look as good as possible, with bed-head, stained clothes and a hunk of last night's spinach in between your front teeth. Come to think of it, I could get over all of that if the pic showed clean, soft sexy soles. LOL.

Same goes for pictures that show utter chaos in the room: clothes strewn all over, children's toys, men's shoes, etc. Why wouldn't any provider try to make sure that the pictures they post portray them in the best light possible? Pics with messy backgrounds or dirty feet would be like McDonalds running ads showing an actual, real Big Mac straight out of the Styrofoam container and not the artfully lab-created versions they use!
