You can find a more detailed posting if you look back but to keep it short and to the point.
I'm fairly sure its a legit spa and the owners also run another spa or two that are legit also. The massage is of decent quality, so if you want a massage and in the area check it out. Just don't have high expectations. I would suggest RO instead for a quality massage and a better, lower, price.
