Uses a real telephone number, first 10 texts are free. After that, you got to pay like $0. 10 apiece or so if you buy 20 at a time. Downsides are that it doesn't allow pics, and it's pretty worthless if you're required to go into voice mode (can't beat a burner there). But sometimes good in a pinch, especially for the convenience.
