In short, no one is going to forward anything to you until you're a senior. That's just the way it is. Now, if you want that information, this is what you do:

1. You PM whomever you'll be asking for information.

2. Your message will read something like this:

Some LE will use their desk phone in a fake ad to setup a string. If you Google and a number and it comes up on the website for a police department, then you know it is obviously LE.

The nice thing is that on my iPhone I can receive and send calls using that number fairly nicely using their app. It's not perfect, but a heck of a lot better than exposing my normal mobile phone number or having to carry another phone. I actually maintain a couple of accounts, because it's so cheap. In particular I have a florida phone number for one of them so I can play the role of traveling businessman a little easier.

I would never call or text a provider with my real number. I've had way too many of them that just text me out of the blue even after I've asked them not to.

Spend the money for a review membership on a site you like, preferably one you know has reviews on girls you're interested in. For $300 and up you might get the moon or you might get a pathetic experience, just like at $100. It's just harder to blow off wasting $300 than it is $100.

If you are going to go upscale make sure you have lots of reviews to look at. Once in awhile I see a review or two get planted before a traveling lady comes thru town. Watch out for that. I like to see a dozen or more reviews on established providers before I lay out that kind of money.
