Yes, I noticed the eviction and the recent teardown. I used to see many ladies right in front of the two apartment buildings they torn down by the mini-mart. I noticed there were a few who were living in the apartment right next to the Stop and Rob on the corner of MLK and MCM, but there were a few "eviction sales" going on there recently as well. They can move them, but we will always find 'them. And like you say, that area is really f'and hot so I usually do 2 or 3 drive-bys just to make sure.

As you know, you probably could have avoided it by not paying in advance as mentioned in the 22 rules. Honestly though, I never worry about paying in advance. If I think a girl is up to something, I'll send her packing quickly. In all of my years, that's probably only happened once or twice, so long ago I can't even remember. In all actuality, the more experienced you get, the more keen your senses are to someone being up to no good. You can sense them being nervous and trying to pull a fast one. They can also tell you're not a rookie yourself. If you look nervous, they might use it to their advantage. I find that the more comfortable everyone is, the better the experience / enjoyment. As a novice, you better stick to no payment or partial payment.

Excellent rich, information containing post (hint to newbies out there). Here are a few conclusions I would offer:

1) She is NOT LE because
a) she jumped right in, and
b) she lety ou cop a feel.
c) Also, very unllikely that she has a 'tender' on a microbike circling around!

2) It is one of the most basic rules to NEVER front the money. As a newbie myself, I made that mistake a few times-but not since. Paid up front, they don't ALWAYS do the "cash and dash," but if not you are lucky. If you are inclined to front enough $ for a drink (etc), hold their belongings as collateral, tho even then, I have even been left holding a lame ass purse and a phone out of minutes... ;-)

3) Wish you got a picture of this SW scammer. I am a great believer of posting as detailed info about scammers as possible.

4) What a wild tale! Got to give her credit for her cahones. So let me get this straight. Did she offer to let you go for a bribe, or was she happy with the 'fee' that she already ripped off from you?

She's not the BEST looking of the SW's, but she is definitely in the upper percentile. I've got to say, I have some hot ones in my black book from over the years.

Normally I don't partake in the SW scene, but I was out and about today and thought I may do some window shopping. Was downtown first around race and central, by a bar called 1132 I think. Seen some I thought could be BSW but just watch and circled. One was really hot, but I passed. Went to covington and seen a few but there were just as many LE as there were SW's. Lastly I went to beechmont to see if I could see the normal WSW that frequent the area by 275. Didn't see any of them, and there are normally 3-4 wandering around.
