This is just a plain bad idea, and I'm surprised you actually bothered to ask it. You're already engaging in what can be suspicious activity, and if caught with it, you've screwed yourself.

Also, what's to keep whoever you have in your car with you from telling any officers about it so they get a free walk. Of course, this is in the event you get pulled over. Rational thinking prevails, and if you have to ask such questions, you probably should stay at the house with your bowl.

Fugly, what makes you think he was necessarily talking about car dates with streetwalkers? I agree it would be a bad idea to be carrying around illegal substances with you in your car when you're even just cruising around trying to pick up streetwalkers, let alone whip it out once you've got one in your car, whether you've been with her before and know she is 420 friendly or not. This is already a high enough risk activity as it is, without giving a suspicious cop an added excuse to run you in if you get stopped.

Going on an incall or outcall in a house or hotel room is a somewhat different matter. Again, I'd agree it would be a bad idea to bring dope into a situation where you really don't know anything about the other person. Is it a UC LEO, will the gal answering the door even look like the one in the photos and if you can't even be sure of that how sure can you be she'll be 420 friendly and not possibly put out by a john who shows up stoned or carrying pot? Fugly[/QUOTE]And my point was that it is tempting fate FAR more when you simply pick up prostitutes off the street and go on car dates or take them to notorious no-tell motels (which many guys here obviously do), EVEN when you DON'T bring any herbal refreshments into the mix, than it is to have a little joint on you when you're seeing a provider that a) you've been with before and therefore KNOW is into that sort of thing and isn't a cop and b) you're meeting her in a private setting like a hotel room, apartment or home rather than on a street that is regularly patrolled and staked out by cops.

The odds of a cop seeing you pick up a streetwalker and arresting you for simply that is FAR greater than you getting arrested meeting someone in a private setting, particularly when you've met that provider before. I know some of you guys are really paranoid about providers you've seen many time before being arrested and suddenly being turned into snitches or cops busting into a private space to make arrests on the suspicion that something illegal is going on behind those closed doors, but the number of times that happens compared to the number of times guys get arrested picking up SW's makes it REALLY absurd to worry about the former while routinely engaging in the latter activity that carries the far greater risk.
