You are correct. 20% is the norm in a restaurant. With a LEGIT massage it seems kind of cheap. But depends on service, not on looks. . 20 is max for a 1 hour session or. 30 for a 90 minute seems fair. IMHO.

I was told some customers don't tip at all.
