YMMV, but I've been going there for two years and have seen nearly every provider. While always leaving happy, it's usually because I've had a good back rub, interesting conversation, and a quality handshake. Some mongers think 10 bucks is a reasonableness tip; don't be that guy. Similar rate structure applies here. I typically lay the house fee out on the side table separate from my. 4 tip. I'll tip a little more if I'm feeling generous and / or have a special request for the session.
Pro Tip: Spend the extra money for an hour session, take the first five minutes when you arrive to shower (complimentary), then just enjoy the rest of the time away from the real world.
For those of you lurking on the sideline, reading this thread, trying to get up the nerve to do something in this hobby for the very first time, I can resoundingly endorse Churchill as a great spot to pop that proverbial cherry. They all used to work at Churchill (and were good until they weren't).
Samantha was amazing when she was there, very dependable, great session, nice bolt ons but after awhile she decided to try it on her own.
Tara also was at Churchill, she's there then leaves, then will return then leave again. Not sure why but I do know it's difficult to schedule with her, consistency is not her strong suit but when you can see her she does a nice session, has a nice rack (natural) and has a good handshake.
Lastly, Rachel; she was also at Churchill but had some personal stuff and left. I believe she's taking a vacation courtesy of IDOC so don't look for her any time soon.

Sounds like another solid, reliable provider that we've come to expect from CH. O / O definitely runs a tight ship and doesn't put up with shenanigans from his staff. Manage your expectations when visitor, be respectful, tip generously, and you'll leave satisfied regardless of the provider you choose.

I know people on here have stated 2 pops for same price as full service last summer. I haven't tried that route yet, but I might next time. Just wondering if a single standard is reasonable.
