Anyway, the interview is simply interviewing the KBG who you just met to decide whether to hire her for her time by paying in nekos. Most KBGs don't get interviewed as most guys just buy when asked. Some guys blind hire girls begging to buy them nekos or buy because they hot or have good play or service reputations. HOW to interview is another matter as most guys don't know how to do that too. KBs survive because most customers dont interview and are no can say no guys. Anyway, the tactics thread not so big and you can find that type of info there.
Town pretty busy last night most bars. Casino doing good now since they got young hot talent. There was a haole bg working there last night too. She look like she might be an action girl. Camelot kind of busy. If you like play and willing to pay, this bar is for you. Its not my style but they do offer fun if you willing to spend. The only girl there that may do only limited play is Yuki but the rest all game. Butts was not slow but not really busy. Damour so so busy but there and Ellies are LVB bars. Twilight slow. Splash busy but many of the young ones were on dates I think. Ashley was busy with booth and bar customers. Did I mention every 3 monther or new young ones play? LOL. EG not that busy before 2 with vulures standing up by booths kapiolani side. My head hurts as hungover again, hehe.
Always been a closet reader, lurking in the shadows. And enjoying the comments / post made by everyone. Thought I should finally add my 2 cents. Heard through the grapevine that CS Mama (s) let Julie and Candy go! Supposedly bringing back the former Filipino bartenders. Always thought that those 2 (Julie / Candy made a great pair) was win / win situation for the bar since it was usually busy during the afternoon. Oh well got to get the good grinds from somewhere else now.

Then along the way home I stopped off at Jack's to get some tacos, cheesecake, and a vanilla shake. Was a good night hanging out. I did my share of drinking also. Took 2 shots of chilled iichiko, a shot of soju, and a nice pour of Johnnie blue all at eg to end the night. I think that's why I went get more food after sushi and sashimi.

Thanks for letting us know and I was even going CS to see them too soon but you saved me a trip. I'm sure Julie and Candy will have no problem finding another bar to work at as they are one of the nicer popular ones in Kalihi. I heard from one of my bg friends while out cruising town last night that Cleo Kimberly Mama's estranged sister and smack-down victim Yujin is back from Korea and tending bar at Splash. This will surely be news to Psycho Mama Kim whom, I've been told by reliable kimchee wireless sources, has been struttin' her shit for the past six months telling anyone who'll listen that she hired gangsters to chase her disowned sidekick off the island with a warning never to return. No love lost between sisters I guess. My bg friend said that, despite Kim's claim, Yujin said she went to Korea to care for her sick parents (though an extended stay in Korea "caring for one's sick parents" is generally a euphemism for a face and body buff-up). Haven't seen Yujin for a while, so I think I'll stop by Splash and see if she got her money's worth. Not that she was bad looking in the first place. (Note to Yujin: Hope you also had eyes installed in the back of your head.)

You're right that most guys buy drinks because the BG is pretty and cute. Those reasons alone are enough to buy the drink. But, for others, those reasons are not enough. When they get approached by a BG and she asks for a drink, this comes up in their minds.
"You want a drink? Ok, what are you going to do that would convince me to buy you a drink?
"Let me test out this BG, see what she has to offer".
When you interview, you want to know beforehand whether she's the type that's down for some fun, she's down to sing karauki, she's down to take a real shot etc. If you just say yes, you buy the drink without having any clue on what type of BG she is. You simply buy the drink first and hope she doesn't hound for a lot of drinks, you hope she doesn't walk away, you hope she will sing karauki, you hope that she will play.
The interview process before buying the drink can send a message to the BG.
"You know, I can't stand BGs that table hop and hound for drinks every 5 min. You're not that type are you? If you are, then fuk that, I'm not buying you a drink!

WOW! Pretty ballsy for Yujin to move within spittin' distance of Cleo. That's a stick in the stinkeye of Kim mama.
