Of course those who are, or have been professional salespeople or buyers are already better at it. I've always treated dancers with the same respect that I gave to any client or prospect. I know that I treated them more nicely because I saw and heard what other guys said and did for the past 40 years. Many if not most guys in the clubs are kinda dicks. So be nice, offer them a drink and have fun.

BTW, the 120 range is the same as I've paid for well over a dozen years, sometimes a bit more when there was an abundance of hit girls. Now there is just a smattering of hot chicks on occasion, and I usually settle for those that are sexier or proven performers.

Tell them you're a 50 K a year blue collar worker with 3 kids and two ex-wives. You can't negotiate a 100 dollar deal if you are wearing a Rolex, 300 dollar shoes, and talking on a new I-Phone.

Lastly, treasure your anonymity in this hobby. Meeting others in this hobby can be quite deleterious. Many guys in this hobby are less trustworthy and more dickish abd create more drama than the sex workers. Just look at the pissing matches on the threads. This comes from meeting at the club "one time".

IIRC we also had the entire upper bar filled up with chicks and guys from the EV and AE board.
