Jax SW scene sucks and the escort possibilities are not much better. The walking dead is about all you will find on the streets and online a bunch of under preforming ex SWs that have figured out how to keep a phone. Overpriced and overinflated opinions of their selves. Just my opinion.

Your best bet might be to hit the AMP scene. More expensive, sure, but FAR safer and available.
In the past I was able to go out at 1 am or 3 am and find me a lady of the evening. Now it seems like I can only find lady's of the afternoon and lady's of the rush hour. Is the late night over or am I just on the wrong strolls?

If I'm being honest, I've considered trying to import the Vegas model of business in Jacksonville. I've made the connections with girls but my main concern is violent offenders. I got a few threats in California doing this and while I'm not scared easily I'm not experienced enough to guarantee the girls safety. So I'm figuring it out.
