This is becoming more like the days before the internet (yes, I remember). A dog-eared yellow pages directory with an 'escort' section that saw decent use. After that, the local area magazines (and some with pictures! Were a big step forward.
I'm with you! I've yet to find a suitable replacement.

Like the site says women seeking men and all I'm in the market for is a date. Oh the $ to $$ went to help her out with financially with her car repaired. LOL.
Their job may be easier now that they are advertising in the "women seeking men" section. They are not putting any prices in their ads now so you know that subject will come up when you call them. So can LEO now call them and when they bring up the price it is soliciting? I don't know the legalities? It may be harder to get a hobbyist in a sting now? Can't a hobbyist say they were looking for free pussy? This is the oldest profession for a reason. They won't shut it down. They just relocate it. I would think they would prefer it on BP than on a street corner? They have allowed it to happen in one area to keep it out of another.
The business model the woman in Catawba has used for years. I don't know why more don't use it. Nothing wrong with helping a lady out with her light bill? I am sure LEO has done picked up on what they did. Just relocate the gals.

Saw a new young lady I wanted info on. Asked her what qv and hh rates were. She messaged back, " Incall babe". I replied, " You still have qv and hh rates, right? ". She says, " Not a qv for an outcall. ". I guess they're afraid to give out info. Probably will stick to the regulars.

They are not mentioning money so I guess they are giving it away now?

Asian Agencies
Been waiting a few days to see if the asian agencies were intelligent enough to realize that the escort section was taken down. They still haven't started posting in the W M section yet. They have to have realized by now. Any idea where the new adverts for them are? Talking about the ones usually located near sunset and university.
Hey guys. So what is the next big thing to replace backpage? *********, P411, or what?
The government did not shut them down. They shut themselves down!! Google and read!!

Still a massage section under services. I suspect they will go there.

True BUT.
True they closed it down, but the Washington Post article is pretty clear it was due to the congressional investigation underway plus. The government has been getting credit card companies to stop processing backpage transactions. So if you are an AD company and can't get paid for the ads being posted you have to do something! SS & HH gents!

Which we all know we would be getting some collateral in advance for the favor. If you look on CL most of the SBs claim they need a sponsor / mentor to help them with college.

The top brass refused to testify before congress pleading the 5th.
The government did not shut them down. They shut themselves down!! Google and read!!
The real story is Yes they shut themselves down not because of the government. They are in a suit against them and 3 or 4 girls that was underage when they posted their ads this really were the pressure is coming from. With the government they can stand behind the the 1st amendment. Improperly screening underaged minors could have some meat to it.
