Like NFLMonger, that's my method. If you're parked somewhere secluded with the engine running or lights showing, a cop would definitely be curious and come by to check things out. I would suggest you get your windows tinted if they aren't already (there is simply no way I'd do this hobby without having tinted windows) and just park in any parking lot where there are plenty of other cars. Most people dgaf about what's going on around them and won't notice you are even there. The name of the game is not to stand out or bring attention to yourself. No one is going to think twice about a car parked two spaces away from them.

Haven't mongered in a while, but happened to be leaving a nightlife spot with my best bud on San Marco at closing sat night and "Amber" was strolling by.
