I agree with the general sentiment that most girls just look at you like a piggy bank. There have been stories of successful long term relationships. And the k-girl in question actually apologized. She said it was "rude" of her to ask. And we continued to have a nice, professional, working relationship. As with literally everything in this hobby, YMMV. Every one of these women is different and whether a situation goes bad, goes nowhere, or results in something awesome depends on so many variables, not the least of which is luck. Any money you put into this hobby is a gamble. Sometimes, it's like holding on twenty and, sometimes, it's like hitting on 17.
