Keep seeing girls out at all hours at all of the usual locations. Drugs have moved off of 4th Street, so the girls have moved too! I hear LE finally busted the bodega that sold more than soft drinks and fags.
A couple of 'new' faces. One is Tiffany an old one from CL days and MD Ave haunts, now on Lanc. Unfortunately sometimes she walks around with her BF, which doesn't help her business. (No! this is NOT Ashley with the BF, I think I heard she was on vacation)
Seen another new one kinda chubby Hispanic looking. Other girls don't know her name but said she is new. Lanc for her, prolly lives in West Court area. See White China occasionally, Lilly / Sky and if anyone has digits for S [B]H[/B]why I'd love to see her. I think Krissy is back around. Have seen red-haired Ashley but she doesn't seem to be trying anymore which is good for us.

Saw two WSW Wed night about 8:00 on Lancaster, left side, a little past the Post Office. Both were under 40 years old and medium height. One dark hair, medium build, sort of kicking rocks around on the sidewalk, not even facing traffic a lot of the time. Other one was thinner, nice black coat on, brown hair, face was very pretty. Seemed TGTBT but she gave me the look. And all I could see was her face. Who knows what her arms look like.

Spoke with a girl and she told me that some of the girls (one was Bella I think) have an agreement with LEO and she has seen some of them talk to uncle LEO and later on get pulled over with their dates. Take this with a grain of salt, maybe it's her being jealous but I highly doubt it.

It would just be them standing out in the cold for absolutely no reason and getting nothing for it. By this description they would get picked up and driven a little ways get pulled over and get released. All the while getting no money or any compensation. Does it make sense they need the funds to fuel their habit. So basically they would be doing volunteer work for LEO. After a couple hours of this they would be sick and would be able to function. I doubt this is a true story. But just my opinion of course.

But knowing that I don't have anything illegal in the car at all. All I did was pick up a girl on the corner it look like she needed a ride. By the time you got pulled over you're not going to have discussed anything involving money so I don't see if you got pulled over what they could bust you for it. Any insight you can give would be appreciated. I just don't see how they could get you for anything in this scenario. Unless the girk herself had something on her But if LEO is working with her this would be pretty illegal on their part. Just curious any other thoughts you may have on it.
