Been there couple times and it's a bit rough but a really good massage. There's sign on door to keep on your underwear. They pull it down some and do some nice butt massaging. They get pretty close to the package working legs after the flip and graze the goods during towel cleaning, but don't think there is chance of extra. Anyone take off undies? Wonder if they protest.
