Fuck them!

You have to keep a record of everyone you've had a significant interaction with. I keep mine in a text document on an encrypted flash drive I keep only at my office. I can have the pix girls send me there too, all their contact info (#s, usernames on social media). Some guys are wild about the statistics. They can tell you their percentage of converting M&Gs to FC trips, for example.

They refunded me one time because they agreed wirh me that I shouldn't have been kicked from their site for 24 hours one time and that is a rarity. My guess is they accidentally deleted your account, realized it, and refunded you.
