Sorry, but just thought it was already established so I wanted to warn others who may not know. I am looking at her record right now on the FL Dept of Corrections site and one of the convictions is for "criminal transmission of HIV." I know we can't post inmate info on here, but her record absolutely exists..

For the guy who asked me to elaborate. In most jurisdictions if somebody is CONVICTED of prostitution part of the sentence is getting screened for HIV, HEP C whatever. If they are positive they are counseled and offered services, they are also informed that going forward any other conviction for prostitution is "felony whatever" and there are a list of restrictions, they can't hang out where prostitutes hang out, they can't advertise, they can't blah blah blah. A conviction is simple, if they get busted for selling sex and they have previously been tested and counseled then the conviction is automatic and there is a public record.
We do this because 99.9999999% of the times guys say they have AIDS they don't.
