Big difference between Korean, Chinese, and American. They all have a different set up for what they provide. You need to be lucky at the Chinese stores to get FS and most likely will have to spend a lot of money / time to build trust / relationship with the ladies and then hope they stay around long enough to enjoy. They will most likely be around 50 give or take a few years. If you get lucky its best to keep it to yourself so the lazy mongers don't flood the parking lots and screw it up for you and the rest of us.

I pulled the trigger because I felt like I had a high probability of FS success. Did I do something wrong?

I have always gotten FS in my dreams at Kyoto, but you have to tip properly and control the play so you get to that point.
