Not an actual quote, but the general attitude of this chick. After driving forty-five minutes for a prearranged appt, she texts indicating that she squeezed in another customer and could I arrive 10 minutes later than planned. I respect hard-working entrepreneurs who take a little risk to maximize profits, so I was cool with that. But I got no response when I texted 20 and 35 minutes after the scheduled time inquiring as to her status. Then I worried smtg bad might have happe3 ned to her, and wondered if I should investigate. I decided to follow Falstaff and chose discretion over misplaced valor, and went on my way. Her ad was up the next day, so I knew then that she3 was okay. But she lost a good customer with her irresponsible ways.
