Like I said, they know what you are doing. But they cannot charge you if there's no evidence of a crime happened.

Again, all you have to tell them is you were giving them a ride, how can they disapprove that? And how can they prove you engage in prostitution?

I drive around looking at properties and homes for restoration, looping all areas not breaking any laws. Like other users have mentioned if they choose to stop you and the ***** in your car has her "habit" on board your in some shit. Also gentrification, investors, and elections are the main reason our scene is drying up, along with OD's. LEO knows the hood will always have drugs, they don't want it near new developments.

They then go to town on you. You can't play "just giving a ride", you can try but it won't work often, just saying. These cops know who doesn't need a ride, there in lies probable cause. I browsed the area last night around midnight and it was a ghost town. The j-Mar / Pawn plaza was bone dry, no handlers or usual suspects at all. Same thing near the Post Office.
