Over the past month or two, I've tried setting something up with Mia in Parkville. As I'm driving I texted asking for the address and didn't get any response. I was like "Here we go again!" I arrived in Parkville and actually got a text with the street she was on but no address. So maybe 5 mins pass and I call / text asking for the address to no answer. Hung around for another 30 mins to no response. I was pretty pissed at this point and of course her voicemail was full. One does not need to answer a question, just because it is being asked by a police officer. The more anyone talks with a police officer the more likely that the person will say something that may incriminate them in a crime. If the police keep pushing you to respond to their querries then invoke, 'I'm going to remain silent. I would like to see a lawyer. '. Then don't talk to the police! STFU! You can't possibly say the wrong thing to a police officer if you remain silent.
It is meant to be intimitating when John Law come speeding across the parking lot, jumps out of a car and start berating you with questions. They are trying to scare bully and cajole you into saying something that will implicate you in a crime. If the police have enough information to arrest you then you are going to jail.
You cannot talk the police out of arresting you. Your wicked uncle LEO will never say,"Oh you banged a 9, well that's different. Here is $10 go have a beer on me."
Don't lie to the police. If the police ask you which room you came from then respond with,"Officer, am I being detained or am I free to go?" It is none of their business which room you came from. If the police can arrest you for something else and they can prove that you lied to an officer during the encounter then the judge will give you extra jail time for lying.
Do not run from the police. Running from the police give the police probable cause and they will go on a fishing trip trying to find out what crimes you could have possibly committed.
Keep your car locked when you are stopped next to or near your car. Never consent to a search of your vehicle when an officer asks to search your car. State clearly,"Officer, I know you are doing your job but I don't consent to searches."
Always be polite when dealing with the police. Throw in as many,"Yes sirs","No Sirs","Thank you" as possible. While you may be dealing with an asshole or cocksucker there is not need to inform the people with clubs, mace, taser and guns that they are assholes. Like everybody else officers have bad days and fights with their wifes in the morning. Push them far enough and you will get the Rodney King beatdown special. If you are lucky someone will video your encounter, if you are unlucky you might end up a cripple in prison.
When on a poontang prowl break as few laws as possible. Stop at stop signs. Use turns signals. Don't carry 420. No open alcohol in the car.
When you get to a hotel room delete all the recent calls which were sent and received. If possible leave your phone locked when walking through a hotel.
