Pay the door fee, get undressed (fully), lay face down and wait.

Ask her name and introduce yourself when she comes in to start. Sometimes they cover you, sometimes not. No biggie.

When she's at the head of the table play a little grab ass. If she flinches then chances are dwindling. Most times I ask "ok?" and most times they are ok with it.

See what kind of massage she throws down. If you like it, enjoy it. If its sub par, tell her you're ready for hot towel (if she used oil). If no oil, roll over and remove the towel. Other than that I'll add, when she's on the side of table, working on lower back and or legs, reach out and rub her legs gently, if she pulls away usually that's a no go sign for extras. Other than that if she plays with your ass a lot, rubbing that's usually a good sign but not gaurantee. Good luck.
