A lot of the resident owners who actually live in CC. Are against MP type businesses in their building. I have family friends that own in CC and bring this up at family functions. I make like I don't know what they're talking about. But CC is a little different in that there are actual legit businesses in there. This is why they have different rules at a certain times. So, the lady was prob a resident/owner who is just nosey old hag. The parking attendant must trip out with all the parking pass mongers that come and go all day. LOL. Peace. Mr. Okada

Many years ago, Alice Inoue lived there and she saw me one day when she was coming out of the elevator. She asked where I was going and I told her one of my friends just moved in there so I was going to visit. I'm glad she didn't say anything to Egan about me being there.

I think you hit it on the head. Most mongers would not argue about the $4. If you gave them either $70 or $80 they would probably say that they don't have any dollar bills. Poor excuse? Of course, but it they did 10 guys a day, that would be $40 dollars more for them. Small change right? But, over the course of a month, that would be $1200 and over the course of a year, $14400. Now, that's a big deal.

That's pretty much it. Since it's almost close to 70, I think most customers will just tip 70 and not bother trying to give them exactly 66.

With the AMPS, and the 50 HF and 150 tip, since most if not all ATMS withdraw 20s, there's a chance that a monger will just hand 60 to the mama san and not bother or forget to ask for the change back. Then, when it's time to tip the girl 150, he has all 20s on him and if he so happens to come in there with more than 200 bucks, he may just give her 160 and not bother to ask her for the change. In the end, mama got 10 dollars extra and the girl received an extra 10 to. I'm not surprised if some guys have done this. It may not happen often but hey, if it does happen, more benefit to the AMP.
