So, I called up this place from El Clasificado to give it a shot. Several actually. First 2 no answer, next just yells at me "CLOSE NO OPEN" and hangs up. Finally I get through to one that had a $60 / hr advertised. They said they were on Manchester near Normandie. Get there and call again, then they send me a few blocks further on to a Laundry and ask me to call again. Something about this was feeling hinky. But horny beats hinky usually. Finally I call for the last time and they start asking what color car, where did I park, and that I need to walk to the corner bus station like I am going to take the bus so they can give me final directions to the house. Obviously I know I am being looked for / watched, and I am actually well hidden across the street eating some chicken. Mama din't raise no fool. Thing is I remember someone mentioning they went to a place from EC and had a Tijuana experience (whatevs that means). So. Any advice here guys? I am half hispanic and speak perfect spanish, so that's not a prob. I am just not too sure about this whole feeling of being set up for a sting. Any advice and or experience with this (or a similar) place?

The final call was the actual place. But they never did a whole stunt where they asked me what I looked like. They just told me where to go in the end.

As with many places, it's a hit or miss, I went in and paid the price only to find out that all the girls were fugly, but the little.

Head was thinking and I was in the room already. It was a bad experience and would never repeat, but who knows some of these places might be good, but the best way to find out is through word of mouth.

I was told to call again when I get to the intersection. On the second call, she gave me the exact address of the house. I parked my car in laundry parking and knocked on the door. She asked me where I parked and I was told to park in front of the house. It sure made me feel weird. I parked and was led inside of the house. Expect standard Thai type place which generally means cute girls who are younger than what you find in comparable Chinese places, really sweet, friendly and playful, decent massage, sometimes excellent, and more often than not standard HE ending. I really enjoy these Thai places in central L. A. as a cheap and convenient and leisurely outlet for massage bliss (price structure strongly encourages sessions of an hour and even longer). I really find these girls physically and personally attractive even if the Angry Asian has made the startling and shocking discovery that the BP pics are fake. Just don't bother if you're looking for more hardcore action.

If you're not a "city" dude be prepared to find that the place is in about as tough a neighborhood as you see in L. A. Though it is just blocks away from downtown and Staples Center, and the cops are around in force. But, no worries, they aren't around to keep an eye on this tiny little storefront AMP.

Google shows it to be called Pangleela Thai Massage. Yelp has one review stating it's a weak Thai massage place. No other mention from the usual sites regarding extras.

Looks like the advertisement is meant to drag in horny guys for a one time wonder. Trick you once, shame on them. Trick you twice, shame on you. Camel, PM me where you're getting your intel. I didn't bother going into full detail in mpr and others.

I guess you guys all know the routine, but I'm new around here, so I'll provide a little more detail for fellow newbies (and especially because there aren't a lot of reports that say much about price). Basically, you go in, give the reception lady the massage fee, the sign says (.5) but she accepted (.4) , you get shown to a room where you can take off everything and put on a towel. Nothing about special service is discussed. The gal providing the service shows up and gives you a light massage. This one was a 30-ish Korean of OK looks (there's also a Latina working there, I didn't meet her). Then she may ask, in a very vague way, if you want something more. I said I did, she says she needs a tip, I pulled (.8) out of my pants, she says she needs "another one", so that's '$', and adding to the aforementioned (.4) the total is $.4. Compared to what I'm used to (I lived in Asia) , she seemed a bit mechanical (eg, she seemed a little resistant to me touching her 'down there', and seemed DFE when I did) which is kind of a turn-off and doesn't really help the situation, but then she seemed to warm up a little once I penetrated her. So I wound up doing my usual thing (some touching, then mish, no BJ) , and it was OK. But I like the girls overseas better (in some places).

So I went to Western Massage on venice last weekend. I have driven by before and was curious as how the parking works. Apparently you park in the gated lot which is closed and you have to call to have them open it. Nice and secure.
