For clarification, when you asked her for a 15 minute extension, you were there for an hour and you now wanted 1 hr 15 min due to the inconvenience of her being late? That's definitely not a good suggestion in the first few moments on a first time meet. I know you had good intent but its 50/50 or less if any provider is going to kiss you or allow you to kiss them. But after she showed you she wasn't in a "friendly mood" you then make a give me 15 minutes more time request. Then she asked you for the donation and you just showed it to her. After the gentlemanly kiss attempt, everything else you did could have came across as jerk move.
I did not read it as he asked for an hour and 15 minutes, but that he felt he was already on the clock. Say he was supposed to meet her at 3 and only got to meet her at 3:15. He was asking to "extend" the visit to 4:15 instead of 4 to complete the hour.

I could be wrong, but I have seen many people complain about the same in the massage thread of 40 or 45 minutes instead of a full hour.
Recent Visit with Ciel Sky
Saw Ciel sky, communication was easy and she was very eager to please. Happy to talk about how the session would look via text beforehand which I liked a lot because then I knew I was getting everything I was looking for and she took note and it basically played out exactly as discussed. Her ad is easy to find on Eros and she's done porn and things like that so what you see is what you get. It was definitely pricey but I've had a lot of providers flake recently so took a whirl on some extra $ I had sitting around to just get what I was looking for. Like all the Eros girls her pics are obviously the most flattering but I've seen much younger providers who's pics were way more of a stretch than Ciel's.
