It's well known that these discounted places that overtly offer "extras" are generally located in lower-end complexes and have women that aren't as good looking as the more premium establishments. This is why they are a bit cheater at $80 QV vs $100 QV and probably why they feel the need to offer extras.
I convinced myself that I would not pay more than $20 extra for a BBJ with Bellota and in I walked. In previous visits with Yeni, I always negotiated directly with her. This time, perhaps because Bellota is new, Sky stuck around and tried to enforce a $50 upcharge for a BBJ. I politely declined and went with the standard $80. Once alone with my new "friend" a "dub" was plenty to get her to agree.

I used to be reluctant answering questions from newer guys, but hey, if two senior members share info openly on the forum, anybody, and I do mean ANYBODY can easily see it. I can say that your post is pretty much spot on with how it went for me. I guess things changed with her because she was asking for 80 for BBJ and wasn't budging on that price so I just went for no extras.
