When she called and told you she was already upstairs you should have just walked past them and taken the next elevator out of there. You should have not talked to her. She could have made a big scene (or probably did) at the Hotel and the staff would throw you out. Never ever give out your Hotel Room Number. Ask her how she is dressed.
