Korean Bar Reports

Being NEON (or NN, Neko Nazi, see below) for the past several YEARS, this probably won't satisfy full on mongers, but a brief report of my recent Kalihi outings is presented. DEAD as a bastid in ALL bars, particularly after 10 pm. Football and tax purgatory time.

Other goings, Eclipse changed back to Lilac, with same owner mama back; guess Sandy mama couldn't make it go as Eclipse (coolest KB sign in Kalihi, IMO).

Ok. Finally for you no can say no guys, try this: sitting at the bar and you approached by one KBG: "Hi. My name blah blah". You: "I remember you." "You do?" "Yeah, and do you remember what I told you last time?" "No". "Same thing I'm telling you now". "What that"? "I only buy drinks for myself"! (got to laugh like a bastid, to make them think you only joking with them). THEY laugh, YOU laugh...NO DRINK FOR YOU...NEXT! (Neko-Nazi, haha). Or "I remember you. We go sit booth and you give me HJ (or BJ, whatever is striking your fancy at the time) again! Garranz the KBG going bail. But if she don't...hehe.

Jamie is also the owner of Lobster King restaurant, wonder if she is keeping that ownership? Met her husband, he is hanging around both places, always seen him working there.

Another fun ill-advised weeknight at the KBs. Started out at butterfly, sat at the bar mostly killing time while drinking a few beers. A little more busy than usual with the grand opening next door at casino. After about an hour met up with oldee and truetemper bro. Watching the two of them is all the entertainment you'll need all night. No even need BGs and no need buy them neko LOL. Visited evergreen for a bit but nothing really of interest would occur.

Last stop splash. Sat with a familiar face I met during my AKBT last week. Enjoyed the company and the conversation. Eventually bought her a drink and immediately after her friend appears and tries to get a drink too. Luckily the jedi master himself oldee was there to lay down the law. Had I been there by myself, probably a 50/50 chance I would have caved LOL. Getting close to closing and I end up buying another 40 drinkee. Girl is too cute with the puppy dog eyes. Don't know what level stupid I am but I'm up there.

Lesson of the night: can't trust any of the KBGs. Even the nice ones, if they see the straggler of the pack like me will pounce by instinct.

Oooh my head hurts, haha. Drank to much as usual. It was good to see Casino busy again with new mama from Napa taking over. Didn't see young talent but maybe she can recruit better than previous mama. They were packed so left. Butts was also busy and more girls on staff with a few new ones. EG was also busy early. Must be lurkers learning when to go hunting, LOL. Chibi bro's hunny was busy and was glad to see him but no nekos bought. TT, joined us later and next time no give me the Remys! Get mean hangover now. Splash was busy too and TT still chasing Yujin like a pro LVB and didn't get chance intro him to a better playgurl there because was drunk small kine and forgot. Good fun night. TT got hit with the teaxhas rula alot.

Ashley at Splash, if a young handsome guy visits you today or thursdays when you work, it will be Chibi bro. You will know its him cuz he young, smart, nice, and super handsome. However the for sure confirmation its him is that he got the "no can say no" look, lol.

.[/QUOTE]Yes, 6 pm is still prime time day shift in town so very few KBGs working at every KB at that time. How come you went Butts but not your "best" bar? LOL.

She won't be there full time but will mostly run the place along with the regular manager mama from Cams. Many girls from cams might move to splash. Some already moved to splash. The retired mama is being brought in to bring in the big spenders and revive the place. Hope that also means that there might be more play too, LOL.

Heard another rumor that Business will be run by another regular mama (not Bobbie) once it clears their issues. We all heard that casino got a new mama, the one from Napas. Not sure how great that will be since Napas wasn't that good anyway.

Also heard rumblings about l'amour. The problem is that the bar is too small. Not enough room for customers and girls so the girls having hard time because no more room. Hope that the Cam movement means that maybe the mama from the'amour can take it over. With her girls IMHO that might make the place hopping again. This is all speculation though but we can all hope.

Killing some time at Damour, Butts, and EG, You know Splash action queen Yujin no come in until after 8. Why is it town BGs come in so late?

Did a quick run so far this week. Wed stopped by Casino and it was pretty busy even after midnight. Checked out Butts at that time but was slow also ran over to Damour which was kind of slow also. New Mama at Casino as stated before her name is Sophia of sofee haha I wasn't listening well when my friend went introduce. At Casino saw so familiar faces from other bars and had some new faces I never noticed before. Then after that went to EG which was normal busy after 2 am but nothing out of ordinary so went home early.

Thurs was going Splash but changed mind and ended up at Back Alley for a bit. Then went to Damour after 1 am which was kind of busy for that time. After went over to EG for the night cap. Bar was busy but had plenty BGs waiting around and empty tables. The weekend is coming up so I will be out and about.
