San Jose is a bit pricy but I've found the quality to be better. Price point in the DR is the best. Their dollar has erroded over the past three years. I can pull an all nighter with two chickas for about 90 bucks each. Long as I keep the cervezas going, they have a warm bed to sleep in overnight, and can eat breakfast next to the pool the next morning.
