Found a "Star" in the heat
Met up w/"Star" the other day that CJ reviewed back in 2009. I almost passed her up, except she glanced in my car as I drove by and gave "the look" that only SW's do. She looked GREAT. And later, when she bent over the slide and hiked up her dress showing off her beautiful bottom, I missed it. There were just too many distractions. What if one of the neighborhood thugs saw what we where doing and came over with his dick in his hand? Could I protect Star? What if it was more than one guy? What if they wanted Star's ass and my camera and money? We left the park.

I believe we are all living under a misconception. Pimps today are nothing like the back in the day pimps. Back in the day, a girl could not change pimps at her whim. Back in the day, pimps did not want girls who used drugs. Drugs ate into their profits. A girl who is a heavy drug user would be of no use to the back in the day pimps. Today’s pimp has found a way around the drug problem. What we call pimps today are little more than drug providers. Modern day pimps, provide a service at a heavy charge. The modern pimp and StreetWalker enter into a kind of unwritten contract. The StreetWalker must meet a daily quota. She agrees to purchase her drugs from the pimp. The pimp has the responsibility of providing the best drugs available. He most also provide decent housing. If a girl makes her quota and if there is anything left after her drug purchases, she can go on a spending spree at the local thrift store. Some of the big advantages of living in a pimps house – they have a place to keep their few belongings, cleanup daily and maybe even prepare food. The biggest reason a girl changes her pimps is; her old pimp is providing weak dope. The next biggest reason a girl leaves a pimp is because she regularly misses her quota. Today’s pimp rarely needs to beat on their girls to keep them in line. That was a back in the day method.

I was once with a girl who was very upset with her pimp. According to her, she’d been locked-up and he took three days to get to the court with her $100 Bail. A pimp will bailout a girl provided her bail isn’t too large and she’s a good earner. I doubt if this is part of the unwritten contract between a pimp and his girls. The pimp has no way of knowing if he is going to get his investment back. He probably only provides this service for his Bottom Bitches (Best Girls). Could this be the reason why pimped girls have a longer shelf life?

In the short run this is seen as a benefit for the girl and pimp. She is out back on the street earning money, providing for the pimp and her habit. In the long run, she might be a loser. Sometimes, a short jail stay, of a few months, is just what the girl needs, an opportunity for her to put some distance between herself and the streets and her habit. Even for a short stay, of a month, the girls are often put on a methadone program and given a chance to beat their habit. If they have a family somewhere, all the better. A girl with nowhere to go usually ends up back on the street. The girl, who is bailed-out, never goes back on her court date. She ends up right back in the element and continues on the road to destruction. Being locked up, for some girls, is the best thing that could happen to them. Some girl!

Take Alexus for example. She hated being a StreetWalker. She’d rather dance. This was her third arrest and she was between pimps. Her bail is probably a low $1000. She probably called both Idris and Bishop. But, she has run out on them both in the pass months. I don’t think we will be seeing her for awhile. Hopefully, when she is released she will opt to stay clean, get in a program and stay away from the life. (When she’s released she is going to be [b]plump[/b] and relatively drug free.)

(IMHO this is funny. If the project had worked what would they have had? They would have had pictures of people getting into cars and other people letting them get into their cars. Without sound (audio surveillance is illegal) they had nothing, IMHO. That’s probably why they came up with this solution to their embarrassing problem.)
