Started a run just after midnight hoping to find someone just leaving a bar or etc. On my initial pass the Atwell's, Valley and Manton area was completely dead so went down to Cranston st which had a single lineman sized BSW that I passed on. Elmwood had 2 at that time but one was an absolute FREAK and actually kind of weird looking. The other one MAY have been a chick but something about it was just off.
The freaky one was white, tall (like close to 6ft), skinny, black haired, with a pock marked face and was hanging down by the Mobil but kept walking up to the cars getting gas or that were stopped at the light and was sticking it's legs out trying to act "sexy", really really weird acting. Plus it was either one of the ugliest ladies ever or a "gurl".
The other was a tall (like 5' 8" or so) skinny black person with short BLOND hair (dyed), that walked and acted like a chick but before I could get a better look to tell better they got scooped. I also saw this same person later on back up on Atwells but again couldn't swear it was a chick so I passed. I'd rather go without than possibly scoop a dude.
The streets did get pretty busy after the bars closed but nothing that I liked more than one of my backups. Ended up using my digits for a reg and had a fine time for a mere $20.
BTW, when I stopped to get gas I froze my nutts off and I was only out of the car for a few minutes so it's got to be ROUGH for the actual walkers. Maybe I need to try some daytime runs when it's either a little bit warmer or when more people are around. I did see a TON of LEO by doing my run at an earlier hour.

There are definitely more mongers out there than SW's and if you don't scoop quickly you're likely to go without unless you have digits for backup. There was also several civi's that numerous guys were hassling with attempted scoops. You need to know that some are NOT SW's and to get "The Look" first etc.
Saw lot's of LEO again but unless it was a MAJOR violation they weren't getting out of their nice warm cars. Saw several idiots driving with no lights on at all and they didn't even get a glance let alone stopped.
Drove my usual loop cstreet / elmwood / atwells Friday after work. Ended up calling lynn older WSW has her own clean place. 3 BBBJCIM spinner decent body for age will do cfs for. 1 more. Friendly and not a scammer. Been 3-4 times always good skills. Sat night same trolls out there. Ended up calling kim atwells area BSW awesome skills nice personality no scams or storys. BBBJCIM. 3.
Saw the snow starting around 1030 ish so decided to do my run a bit earlier tonight and there was a LOT more SW's out and about tonight. Don't know if they were trying to beat the storm as well or if the 1030-11 ish hours are more worth it.
Saw 2 WSW's and a BSW up on Atwell's and I got outscooped on the one I liked so I came down to Cranston st which was dead. Elmwood held 5 though including both Kim and that one that long Papi recently reported on. I was going to try her but she was ignoring us mongers and smoking a cig and playing with her phone instead of taking care of business.
Still, ended up with a nice scoop with some "strange" that showed me a decent time with an above average BBBJCIM for a mere $30. By midnight the snow was sticking pretty good and coming down harder but Elmwood still was busy.
Only saw 2 LEO's and they weren't bothering anybody at all.

HAH knows her but I think with a different name (he has had great luck with her in the past). She was a little impatient about picking a spot, just like before. I knew I had to up the ante for a potential good time so I offered 40. She took it and delivered an awesome bbbjwcim. Still a little rushed but much better attitude. We're all finding them, so even in this weather and with the lousy road conditions all you got to do is get out there and look. A lot of my spots are no good anymore due to the lousy plowing etc but while I'm driving to a spot that's still good it allows me to check her out better, let her warm up, negotiate a good deal money wise or even pics/vids etc.

Ride through tonight between 12-12:30 found none on Atwells / Manton and only 1 WSW on Broad near the BK. All the LEO were way down Elmwood by Potters and Walgreens.
Started off at the CL hoping to have some indoor fun with a stripper. All that did was aggravate me cost me 10 at door 35 in lap dance area and didn't even get an offer which is very rare. Just whom I thought your description was referring to. Like you said, she's very impatient and usually suggests road head instead of parking somewhere. Don't care if its a SW or a high end EROS girl. Place your wallet in glove box or console compartment. Only have the limited required "play" cash in your pocket.

Turn onto Manton and 3 more local LEO's have somebody pulled over. Continuing down Manton and see a Statie going the other way. Back down by Olneyville even more locals and one local Prov cop started to follow me. I had already decided to boogie by this time and did so but the idiot followed me for a couple of miles more and eventually stopped me IN CRANSTON.

If I saw the same LE car three times on a cruise I moved on. Also if there was a overabundance of LE vehicles in the area I'd move on too. No sense in giving them a easy target.
I got nabbed with curly haired blond and flat chested Sarah. At least he waited until she sat up. He took my info off my license and registration and wrote it down in what looked like a address book. Gave me a stern lecture and warning to not be seen in the area again then drove off with her uncuffed and in the front seat of a uc Camaro.

That being said, started a run around lunch time on Cranston st and there were three WSW's down between the DD and the church. All three were older though (40+) and rough looking. Two were brunette's and one blond. The blond looked GOOD from behind but once you see the face it was like YIKES. Sometimes daylight might show you more than you'd want to see. At night they might make more business.
Two BSW's on Elmwood and the Crossroads area was full of clients hanging out giving the look. But again, older rougher ones and the only young one was BIG.
Atwell's had two SW's down at the bottom of the hill and one decent looking BSW about half way up the hill. Decided to go get lunch and try again in a bit.

Went for a quick cruise and found a blond in her 30's or early 40's, she looked cute, rate her about a 6-7. 20 for service, we went to an empty parking lot, I asked her if she had rubber, she said no, that she forgot, and then asked me if I had some. I did eight(8) different runs at a variety of times over the last three(3) nights and while I saw sw's on each and every run I also saw MORE LEO'S than sw's on each and every run too.
In fact, I also saw guys get stopped on all three(3) nights too. Two(2) of them were just stupid and scooped on main drag in front of a LEO BUT the third guy was actually smart and passed the girl, flipped and came back to make the scoop on a side street. He was just unlucky enough to do all of that right in front of an unmarked state trooper (black charger tough to tell until too late).
There has been so much pressure lately, that quite a few SW's have moved a bit more to side streets OR changed up their hours of walking. Cranston st has been the hottest out of all of them lately.
There has been a recent upswing in new hsw's working Cranston st late nights. One in particular is a young cutie, but since she won't really leave Cranston st and I refuse to scoop on main roads I have yet to try her out.
I spent roughly eight(8) hours on my runs and a tank of gas. So when some of you guys are begging for info, digits, or handouts remember that and put in some effort as well.
Oh, I also included Pawt on a few runs and it was mostly dead with quite a lot of leo as well.
Supposedly the recent use of a lot of state troopers on local streets is due to them being paid by a federal grant etc and YES, THEY HAVE A QUOTA PER SHIFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
