You left out Rule #2. Inquiring minds would like to know what it is.
I think she listed it, but simply neglecting place the #2 in front of it. I think it's: The police will / can lie and they will just to intimidate / scare you into telling on yourself and remember the police can not make any deals to "Help" you! Their job is to arrest and charge as many offenses possible and they are not your friend! Or, I guess it might be the fight club thing.
Please pay attention. The police will / can lie and they will just to intimidate / scare you into telling on yourself and remember the police can not make any deals to "Help" you! Their job is to arrest and charge as many offenses possible and they are not your friend!
#3 They will say anything (the girl already confessed and your going to be charged with obstruction of official police business on top of the attempt to solicit) & (we can not help you if you don't cooperate now) & (we have video evidence and all the texts and if you don't speak to us now and tell us what we already know, we will not be able to help you with this).
#4 The police are not the judge or prosecutor and have no authority over the outcome of court.
#5. Remain silent bc everything you say can and will be used against you!
Repeat after me. I do not wish to answer your question at this time but may do so at a later date and I would like to speak with my lawyer before I answer your questions.
Happy hunting fellas.
This is really sensible advice for all of us. You don't have to answer their questions, and anything you say is just more likely to get you into trouble. They will ask to see your phone. If they do, ask them if they have a warrant. They will ask if they can look in your car. Again, ask them if they have a warrant. You need to cooperate and address their questions -- perhaps by simply saying you don't want to answer at this time without advice from a lawyer. You can ask if you're under arrest, and if the answer is no, you can leave.
Actually prosecuting a case on soliciting successfully is hard, and they're rarely going to win in court. I think they have a lot more success just using the situation to get IDs and find open warrants (which they frequently will) or probable cause to be in the room and find drugs or paraphernalia in plain sight.
As bad as providing incriminating evidence or allowing them to search without a warrant is lying, which can get you an obstructing charge. Don't lie. Just decline to answer if the answer might incriminate you.
Can you imagine already being paranoid about mongering in Blue Ash, and after a session you walk out into the line of fire of the SWAT team? LOL.
Don't worry. They weren't there for you or anything related to mongering.

Most likely, just going after the dude. See if her words of wisdom prevails from her last post.

Most likely, just going after the dude. See if her words of wisdom prevails from her last post.
You know, if I was trying to hide from the law and needed a hotel for a few hours to rest, an appointment with a provider with a hotel room might just be the ticket. The room is already paid for and under the provider's name, and she is trying to keep a low profile and out of sight from the law.
I don't know how the cops were tipped off, bit his plan had merit. Shows some out if the box thinking. I almost want to say, "Well done!
I wonder how she ended up with a neck brace.
Sex or popo?

In this case, though, I'm quite sure the dude taken into custody was a long-time boyfriend. Not sure how he picked up the federal extradition warrant, but that's pretty interesting.
Hoping Smashley took her own advice in not talking until her lawyer was present.
That's her boyfriend.
That's her boyfriend.
I seen that guy in a room with an open door a couple doors down when Smashley was at the rodeway inn in mason. There was also another guy with him. Oh well.
That's her boyfriend.
Well, that was dumb. First place law enforcement checks when looking for a person of interest are known associates. If Smashley was his girlfriend, a check of hotel registrations would certainly be a red flag and lead the cops straight to her and him. DOH!
My assumption was based on the idea that he did not have any ties with her or with the local area; that he was just passing through while "on the lam". Contact a random provider with an incall location, with no paper trail connecting her to him.
If they had a relationship, then I will say it again. That was just dumb.

They never "party" alone incase they pass out and need someone to bring them to the hospital. Instead of buying their "medicine" mere grams at a time, the group can purchase by the ounce for a better deal.
Even with clivilian chicks you have the same dynamic to a certain extent.
