Dave Elms
I quit TER over a year ago. I think it is run by bad people that are doing bad things. Dave Elms should be behind bars. IMHO.
Danny
Yeah, I read about Elms when I was googling about TER, and I agree, he should be jailed.
This all wouldn't be a problem if things like this were legalized.

Laser
Great acronym...E=expense? expected donation?
You are correct! We use this on another site it's quick & easy.
I saw that article also there a big discussion about it on the TER Message board. I seriously thinking of canceling my TER account just makes me nervous even going on there anymore. There just too much going with that board anymore plus really don't like that fact that all that is right in are backyard.
Elms has been in jail for a while, with multiple charges. Being on the website or a member was not an issue, the folks that were charged where alledgedly members of "the board" which helped rate new providers and received favors for that.

Hope you are right

The article did state 'VIP customers' and that they would be prosecuted as felons for supporting a criminal enterprise. That alone is enough for me to stay away from that site. As they are a California based company they will not receive any immunity and their records could be seized. Admittedly, being prosecuted as a member would be a stretch, but the potential public exposure could be like hard time.

I would have to agree with Dick North regarding TER. With Elm's publicity & track record. Let's not forget the Advertising of TER on Howard Stearn way too much publicity. Plus I'm sure they could come up with some reason to seize the records. I've had it for a few yrs now mainly because I travel all over the country and originally there weren't that many sites to get info but anymore I've found a lot of places to find info in different cities.

On the lam?
I think Dave from TER is out on bail, and has missed several court dates, and currently has a warrant out for his arrest. Here is a blog post from New Times dated March 12th. Not sure what has happened since then.

They both look too good to be true, called both last night, same girl answered, 2 different numbers, one of the numbers googles to a cpa firm in town...... and both have multiple ads posted with the number was quoted 125 tips appreciated, did not try......
My guess is it's at least a service....

Looks like Craigslist is finally dropping the erotic services section. Might have to change the name of this thread pretty soon. XD

Actually its clever and funny. But, is it true?
Still working on Airah Fae.

Craigslist is dead. There are no ads with today's date. Perhaps, we will need to move to ******** and backpage ads. Anyone know of any other sites?

Craigslist Problems
Here a few articles listed below. It looks like the "Erotica" section of CL could be at risk of being a thing of the past. Sucks. What pisses me off is that lawyers are using the medical student murder story as an excuse to shut down CL.

All the did was change the name and raise the price! Change the name and charge more brilliant why not make more money off it for a while. Figure 90% of the public will think CL actually did something about it. I wonder how many attorneys it took to come up with that one?

Granted, almost all of the ads in this section were for MP's. And all photos are removed. What's next for free speech? Backpage going down next?
