Over the last year or so there is action from about 18th St. thru 40th depending on time of day as well as the opposite side from about 15 Ave to 31st and Ave and occasionally all the way to 43rd Ave.

It seems to be hit and miss everywhere. The street side seems to be better early mornings.

I have browsed quite a bit over the past few months but only posted one question before (in OC) and never a dream. Thought I would start to give back to the community.
