Maybe you guys should start putting smiley faces or something at the end of your posts when you're being sarcastic since that is something that often doesn't come across clearly enough to members who are less informed about the local scene and its current state (unless you don't mind being slammed with PM's). And, btw, Irish, nothing has changed at Osaka. Went to Japanese Spa, rang the bell, some 40+ ugly Korean woman opens the window. I ask who's working now (not knowing any names even if she told me), and she says that she will massage me. No thanks. So I head down the street to Yoshiko, ring the bell, and a 30+ woman answers and says $80... definitely cuter than most AMPs, so I say OK. Her name is Kimberly (aka xxxxx), but apparently you shouldn't ask for Kimberly because that is her code name for a bad customer and so they will tell you they're too busy. (She gives you her 'good customer' name later if you're a good customer.)
Anyway... She's Korean, says she's 35, kind of tall, short bob-cut hair, nice C's (implants), nice personality, but has a slight cigarette smell on her. She gives a nice firm massage. On the flip I say I want FS, she says $200. Wow! I'm used to $60 house + $100 FS in DC, so I say I only have $100. She says that will get me HJ. Wow again! I've been a good boy lately, so I figure I'll just splurge since she was a real cutie. The usual CBJ, CG, Mish, K9 follows; very nice and enjoyable. She is leaving for vacation on Dec 10, be back in January.
So is $80 + $200 FS the going rate in Tampa? Face down I wasn't draped on the flip she did cover the package with a towel. The massage seemed to get more sensual towards the end while she was working the stomach and thigh areas but that was it (probably a good thing since I had to piss like a racehorse at that point anyway). Two hours on the table is a long time. I didn't inquire about any other spa services except while she was wiping the oil off me I asked about a TS. She said Oh you want TS? Yes I said. She said OK. Left for a minute then came back on took me down to the TS. When we got to the shower area I couldn't believe it. It looks like they spared no expense on the TS. Id have to say this might be the Cadillac of TS's. My only real complaint however was I froze my bat%%s off in there. The water temp seemed fine but the room temperature was just way too cold. I was literally shivering. Id have to say the same about the massage room. I almost wanted her to cover me up a few times cause I was so cold.

Being a newbie I didn't know what to expect, or how to go about seeing what else was on the menu, if anything. I think it was 99 for 90 minutes, whatever it was on the coupon - they regularly have coupons in the paper, but I don't think they mention the name on the coupon, just "asian massage" and the phone number. I believe the coupon was for 20 off and a free TS.
My provider, Diane (I think) was a nice Hispanic woman, 30ish, a little heavy, but put that weight into a great deep tissue massage. No draping was apparent in the room, but it started getting cold quickly, especially lying there immobile for an hour, and I was craving a sheet about halfway through. I'm sure for her it was fine since she was working up a sweat.
I didn't know the TS was a top-of-the-line deal, but it was very nice, and yes, cold. No funny business there, I was asked if I'd like to wash my privates, otherwise I assume they weren't getting washed!
Overall an above average massage, but a little pricey as far as they go.

As my colleague CB reported, the 200 FS rate seems to be exclusively at Yoshiko. They've been at that level for a while now and with other shops not providing competitive service, there is no economic pressure to reduce that rate.
You get much better mileage across the Bay. See the St Pete & Clearwater boards. Worth the drive...

Stopped by, first time in a very long time. Door fee has gone from .6 to .8 since last visit. Pretty girl, short, nice, decent English. Normal TS and HE with some actual affection, which is unusual for there. Lost my mind, started to give .6 instead of .4 and girl made a big deal of it. Even suggested I use my card at window. This was a very different person than a few minutes before an unlike any experience I've had there in the past.
