It's considered an unfair advantage to use a federally purchased police car to pick-up girls.

About 4 years ago I spotted a young bikini dancer standing under the overpass at Lane and I-10. I thought that's an odd place for a girl stand to try to get a date at and stopped to ask her what she was up to. She answered by saying she guessed she needed a place to stay.
