This will impact communication and scheduling, which frustrates her as well. Hopefully this will not chase a top class provider out of the business- but I could certainly understand if it did.

I went for seconds with Ella and the service again was top notch. I always liked Ella even in her darker days, but the way she is now her personality really comes out and she's as I always thought a very cool lady.
