There's a few ways to go about this but it's personal preference.
If I go in there for only 1/2 hour, I get to the room and get completely naked, get my tip ready for quick access and plant myself sitting up on the massage table.
When she comes in, 1 or 2 things can happen, she'll either come up to you direct and feel you out (here you'll be feeling her out) This is where she normally ask you what you want. Tell her everything and she'll probably ask how much or signal for the tips first.
