Fellas,
After trying a couple of panhandlers recently to no avail, I finally had one pay off. As of 15:30 there is a skinny white panhandler at the east most exit at Eastwood town center. I drove up there and handed her a 10 and told her if she wanted some more to walk towards Champps. I swung around and she was headed that way. Slowed down and she hopped in. They might of been updating them, running new cables or getting them working again. It just means they are probably pretty serious this time. But actually those cameras can't stop you from giving a friend a ride just don't drop her off anywhere near the cameras view.
